Timed Entry
To help ensure a smooth, enjoyable and safe experience, timed entry to the Primate Forest line is temporarily required. Timed-entry reservations are available only on the day of your visit, from 10 a.m. to 90 minutes before closing.
Step 1: Upon arrival to the Zoo, scan the QR code at various signage located throughout the Zoo to select your desired line entry time for you and your group. One reservation can cover a group of up to 15 people.
Step 2: Select your line entry time, enter your contact information, agree to text messages, add the number of guests in your group and confirm all your details. You will receive a text message confirmation with a link to your line entry ticket.
Step 3: When it’s your time, head to the Primate Forest entrance and join the line. Your entire group must be present. A Zoo team member will check your ticket. A wait may be necessary as guests already inside make their way through the experience.
